Documentation that holds up when the health inspector opens the binder.

Commercial accounts don't just need the pests gone — they need a defensible record showing the program is active, monitored, and correcting. We hold NY DEC Category 7F certification for food processing and handling, and every visit produces a written service report you can hand to an inspector.

Who we service

Who we service

Programs are built around the facility, not sold from a menu.

  • Restaurants, cafés, delis, bakeries and barsMonthly service with drain and moisture point logging, device mapping, and structural recommendations. Small flies and German cockroaches are almost always a sanitation-and-moisture problem before they're a product problem.
  • Commercial kitchens and food processingCategory 7F work in environments where certification is legally required. Stored product and pantry pest monitoring included.
  • Medical and dental officesQuarterly service scheduled around patient hours, with discreet arrival and low-impact materials appropriate for clinical settings.
  • Assisted living and veterinaryMonthly programs with careful attention to material selection around vulnerable residents and animals.
  • Retail and office buildingsPerimeter and interior monitoring, rodent exclusion, and response service without a long-term contract requirement.
  • Property managementMulti-unit and multi-building service with per-location reporting so you can document what happened where.
Our process

What a commercial program includes

  1. Initial facility assessmentA full walkthrough covering receiving, storage, prep, service, waste, mechanical, and exterior. We document conducive conditions in writing at the start so progress is measurable.
  2. Device placement and mappingMonitors and stations placed by pest pressure and traffic, then mapped so anyone can find and audit them.
  3. Scheduled service visitsSet frequency based on facility type and risk. Service continuity is a standard we hold — your account is serviced by people who know the building, with direct owner oversight on every visit.
  4. Written reporting every visitFindings, actions taken, materials used, device readings, and corrective recommendations. Kept in a binder on site, inspection-ready.
  5. Corrective action follow-throughSanitation and structural issues tracked visit over visit, so recurring conditions get resolved instead of re-noted forever.

The 7F difference

New York requires Category 7F certification for commercial pesticide application in food processing and handling establishments. Plenty of companies service restaurants; fewer carry 7F on the certification of the person actually doing the work. Ours is NY DEC #C1839200, covering 7A structural and rodent, 3A ornamental and turf, 7C termites, and 7F food processing and handling.

Drain and moisture point logging

Small fly complaints in food service are resolved by finding organic film, not by spraying. Our restaurant reports include a dedicated drain and moisture point log tracking each drain, floor sink, and wet area visit over visit — which turns a recurring fruit fly problem into a specific, fixable list.

No long-term contracts, no automatic renewals

Flexible service options without lengthy agreements or auto-renewal clauses. We'll earn the account monthly. If the program isn't working, you shouldn't need a lawyer to leave it.
