Rates shown are starting prices for homes up to 2,500 sq ft on standard lots. Larger properties, heavily wooded lots, and homes with known pest history are quoted individually — lot size and tree cover change the work involved, particularly on the tick program. You get the exact monthly figure in writing before you enroll, and it doesn’t change without your agreement.
What you're actually agreeing to
We put this on the website because the industry standard is to bury it. Here's how membership works:
- Pricing is a starting point, not a flat rate. The rates shown are starting prices for homes up to 2,500 sq ft on standard lots. Larger properties, wooded lots, and homes with known pest history are quoted individually. You get your exact monthly rate in writing before you enroll — never after.
- Month to month. Billing renews monthly. There is no minimum term and no multi-year commitment.
- Renewal notice. As required under New York General Business Law §527-a, you receive advance written notice before any automatic renewal, with clear instructions for cancelling.
- Cancellation. Cancel by phone, text, or email. A cancellation fee schedule applies only where discounted service was already delivered against an annual commitment, and it's disclosed in the agreement before you sign.
- Free re-service. If a covered pest returns between scheduled visits, we come back at no charge.
- What's not included. Termite treatment, wildlife removal, bed bug work, and structural repair are quoted separately. Platinum includes the termite inspection, not the treatment.
