This website provides information about pest control services offered by North Shore Eco-Pest Solutions, LLC in Suffolk County, New York. It is informational. Nothing on it creates a service contract or a professional relationship on its own.
Information is general, not a diagnosis
The pest identification guidance, treatment descriptions, and seasonal information here are general and educational. Pest problems vary by property, by construction, and by species, and correct treatment depends on inspecting the specific site. Do not rely on this website in place of a professional inspection.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site, including membership starting rates, are starting prices for typical properties and are not offers or guarantees. Actual pricing depends on property size, lot conditions, construction, pest pressure, and scope of work, and is provided in a written quote before any work begins. We may change published pricing at any time.
Licensing
North Shore Eco-Pest Solutions, LLC holds NY DEC Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification #C1839200 in categories 7A, 3A, 7C, and 7F. We perform only work covered by that certification. Where a job requires a license we do not hold — for example nuisance wildlife removal, which requires a NY DEC Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator license — we will say so and refer you to someone who holds it.
Service agreements
Membership plans and service agreements are governed by the written agreement you receive and sign, not by this website. Those agreements set out scope, pricing, cancellation terms, and any warranty. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls. Memberships are month to month, and we comply with New York General Business Law §527-a regarding automatic renewal notice.
Content ownership
The text, photographs, logo, and design on this site are the property of North Shore Eco-Pest Solutions, LLC. You are welcome to link to any page, quote a short excerpt with attribution, or print pages for your own use. Please do not copy substantial portions of the content for a competing website.
